The 3 Ways I Am Fighting To Help You Create An Inclusive Workplace

This is the 10th episode of the podcast, this is a mini milestone for me so in todays show I’m going to discuss several things including:

  • The journey I’m experiencing as part of the podcast
  • The 3 primary roles of the podcast
  • My vision and much much more.

Here’s some of what I share in the show:

The quality of the guests are what makes the show special

I’ve received many compliments and powerful accolades about the content of the podcast and how useful it is for people in the workplace. I explain how the positive reception of the podcast reflects the calibre of the guests that contribute to the show:

“I think it’s indicative of the quality of the guests that I’ve had on the show and the incredible value that they provide each and every week’

I’ve offended some people with a long running joke!

One of the long running jokes of the show is my use of the term employee resource group in the face of the popular term “network” in the UK. I explain how my explanation of my use of this term has offended some people:

“The truth is I’ve found that this distinction has offended some people…..”

My Big Vision

I often describe employee resource groups like “websites in the year 2000”. In the show I explain what I think this means for the future.
